A black table, surrounded by eight chairs, is laid for eight people—with cakes and teapots, dessert plates, teacups and saucers, pastry forks, teaspoons, and a cream jug. The special thing is that everything is made from white chocolate. Above the table hang infrared lamps set to 37° C. This temperature corresponds to that of the human body, and is also the melting point of chocolate. Slowly the table setting begins to melt. The perfectly staged afternoon tea becomes an abstract play of form.
