The shutters, riddled with holes, from the artist’s apartment in Reutlingen are relics of the big hail storm of 2013. This storm caused damages into the millions in the city and surroundings of Reutlingen. Countless shutters and windowpanes, cars, house fronts, roofs, and other things were broken—some having to be written off completely. The shutters hang like pictures on the walls of the exhibition space.
