Five oil barrels are arranged in a tight row. They are filled with 40 white helium balloons under a black rollback cover. This is gradually pulled away by a machine on the floor, so that the balloons gradually escape, rise up to 12 meters into the air and sink to the ground after 24 hours because they lose their helium. The procedure is repeated several times a day.
